Challenge
Well-established, multi-site automobile dealership sold one of its automobile lines and had to relocate its headquarters and data center to one of its remaining locations. The dealership needed to maintain its sales operations through the weekend of the physical move and be open for business the next business day.
Solution
- Pre-sales assessment revealed the depth and breadth of technical expertise required to maintain the IT operations of the automobile dealership. Budget analysis revealed that maintaining the necessary IT talent and expertise internally was cost prohibitive.
- Prospera Solutions Group developed and implemented a project plan for the move of the dealership’s IT data center from one location in town to another.
