2000, after an extensive information technology career, with major
career experience as an IT systems manager, and as a field consultant

the Eastern third of the U.S. Based on the balance of experience
as an manager and consultant, Eric delivers practical, even experience
to project and client management, backed by thousands of hours of
real world field experience.
Eric’s technical skills include PC server hardware support,
the Microsoft BackOffice family, LAN and WAN networking technologies,
Citrix and Tarantella remote access & thin client solutions,
Cisco routing and other network infrastructure equipment, TCP/IP
protocols, corporate infrastructure management, corporate anti-virus
management, and integrated software solutions merging Microsoft
Exchange groupware, IP Telephony, and fax server technology. Eric’s
experience and in-depth understanding of these technologies, and
their application to the business model, builds on Prospera’s
continuing goal of client development.
Upon being recruited to host WVXU radio’s dot.commentary call-in
tallk show, Eric continued to hone his communication skills to a
point where customers have grown to greatly appreciate Eric’s
ability to communicate technology in plain English.
