  • Email Security
    Prospera's ProMailSecure is a managed service from Postini, the largest provider of spam filtering and email security for small and medium businesses.  Processing over 4billion emails per week, the Perimeter Manager Small Business service delivers heightened email security while taking on the hassles of spam and virus definitions and updates.
  • End-user Help Desk Support
    Additional packages and/or options allow Prospera to deliver end-user help desk support. Our ProDesk service supports users with operating system, email and other basic infrastructure support issues, as well as with Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and other popular line-of-business applications.
  • Data Replication, Storage Management & Off-Site Data Backup
    Rounding out our Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity practice, Prospera is able to support data backup and overall storage management with off-site data storage facilities. Depending on your applications and data volume, we are able to construct policies and procedures for data transport, and we are able to "image" servers for prompt server recovery.
